MLA Virtual Services is a virtual call center that provides agents the opportunity to maximize their life by working part-time or full- time from home. We offer virtual services to small business and large companies involved in industries such as leisure travel industries, utility companies including energy, internet, cable and phone, major online retailers, and many more. MLA offers this service to agents that are interested in providing outstanding customer service to clients.

GETTING STARTED
Application Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Have a background check without felonies
- Live in a servicing state (Arise does not operate in CA, CT, MD, MA, OR, WI)
- Have the ability to commit to self-selected hours scheduled
- Have the willingness to provide great customer service
Adequate Work Space
Being able to work from home is very appealing because it allows customer service providers to spend more time with our families. While this is encouraged, sometimes “life happens” and it can interfere with customers. In order to be successful with MLA Virtual Services and AVS, it is imperative that you have space to work that is free from background interference. Remember, when a customer calls you are representing MLA Virtual Services and the client.
Equipment Requirements
- Desktop Computer or Laptop
- Noise Cancelling Universal Headset (Must have outlet for phone and computer)
- Hardline Internet (No wireless or Wi-Fi)
- Email Account that is checked regularly
- Depending on the client you choose, a home phone maybe required

Position
All positions are customer service oriented and involve incoming calls ONLY. The specific nature of business and associated duties are determined by the client you are paired with. The most common roles include but are not limited to:
- General Customer Support
- Online Chat Support
- Technical Support
- 24 Hour Nurse Line Support
- Reservation Timeshares
COMPENSATION
Pay is determined by which client you select. The average rate of pay is $9 -$17. Depending on which client you select, payment is based on an hourly basis or per call. Either way you will enjoy an accurate bi-weekly compensation schedule, with deposits made directly to your checking/savings account
Deductions
By partnering with MLA Virtual Services, you are classified as a contractor NOT an employee. State and federal taxes are not deducted from your bi-weekly revenue.
The only deductions include:
$19.95 for the Arise Platform
$30.00 MLA Administration fee
At the end of each year you will receive a 1099 tax form to submit to the IRS.

Agree to a background check the cost is $9.99

Click submit
At this point, MLA will accept you, which will give you full access to the portal. You will officially partner with MLA Virtual Services as an Independent Contractor/ Customer Support Professional. Our team will reach out to you to provide additional team specific information.
